The U.S. Dollar has had a very significant rise over the last couple of years, although it has not been rising since March. It kind of peaked out in March. But the basis of the Dollar rally was the false confidence in the U.S. Economy and the generally held view that the Federal Reserve was going to start raising interest rates and shrinking down its balance sheet because it had fixed all the problems.
The reality is they did not fix the problems, they made them all worse and so now they can`t shrink its balance sheet, it can`t raise interest rates without precipitating a worse financial crisis than 2008. The markets haven`t come to terms with this reality.

Gold: We Are At These Levels Where you Get The Buyers
I think we are at these levels where you get the buyers, the real long term buyers who are not buying Gold for a trade, they are buying Gold because they want to own it.
They are buying Gold because they really understand that the Dollar is at risk, the fiat system is at risk and they need to buy real gold.

The Bullish Case For Gold
All the things that are happening around the world are fundamentally bullish for Gold even though the price of Gold is not rising to reflect that.
The bullish case for Gold beneath the surface continues to strengthen and at some point the speculative forces that are restraining Gold, the money that is moving into the U.S. Dollar (because the safe haven money still regards the U.S. Dollar as a safe haven) even though I believe it is riskier than most of the currencies that are under pressure) at some point they will not be able to contain.
It is like a cork that is being held underwater and eventually you take your hand off, the pressure is there and it just going to pop up. The same thing is going to happen to Gold.
