We don`t just tell people to buy gold. I tell people that they should own gold, they should own some gold, but most of the money that we manage is not in gold, its in equities, its in stocks. So, some of it is in some of the cutting edge type companies, but the majority of it is in older established companies that have been around for 50, 100 years that are providing goods and services that we know are going to be in demand so we can have some assurance in the longevity of the company and on the validity of the dividends that they are able to pay.

Crypto Currencies: Too Late To Get Involved

I am not a big fan of the crypto currencies. I think there will be a lot more losses. Certainly people that got in early, that got in years ago, are cashing out and they made a good amount of money, getting in early. I don`t think you are getting in early now.

There are people who believe that it will go a lot higher though, but my gut feeling is that it`S not going to be the case.

U.S. Dollar Outlook: It`s Going Down

I think it is going down. I mean, it`s not only going down against gold, which is clear, but its going to go down against other fiat currencies.

So you have to be very careful about any investments when your returns are going to be in  dollars because you don`t really know what the dollar is going to be worth.

China Is Buying Gold On The Quiet

That is why China is trying to really lie about how much gold it has and how much it has been buying. Because if the truth was out there of how much gold they have, I think the price would already go up. If you really want to buy something, you do not want people to know how badly you want it or how much you want, because they are going to raise the price.

China is quietly trying to buy as much gold as they can because they need a lot of gold because they have a lot of U.S. Dollars. So they are trying to buy as much as they can, as cheaply as they can.
