Forex Markets: Watch The USD/JPY

The most interesting element is the USD/JPY because the dollar/yen is moving potentially to the lowest level since November 2013. We are very close to breaking the February 4th low in the USD/JPY and if the Yen breaks above that level for the year (going lower for the U.S. dollar) that could prove to be very problematic for the (stock) market that has been inversely correlated to the JPY.

The Housing Market Is Already Rolling Over

All this speculative buying is coming to an end just as the Fed is beginning to taper. The Fed is so proud of itself. "Hey, we have got this great economy built on the wealth effect of the housing market and the stock market" and as they are tapering, the housing market is already rolling over, the wealth effects are working in reverse.

They never mention the real cause of the inflation, they always want to blame it on the weather, or disease as if disease and bad weather is something unique to 2014.
