Stocks: The Overall Trend Is Weaker Earnings

A huge rally going on in the U.S. stock market, but this rally is coming despite weak corporate earnings, earnings downgrades coming from companies, companies issuing warnings that their earnings are not going to meet expectations. There have been some stocks that have reported better than expected earnings, but the overall trend is weaker earnings and of course many companies are using the dollar as an excuse to why their earnings are down.
