The Fed Is Not Really Considering A Rate Hike

I do not think the Federal Reserve is seriously considering an interest rate hike. They do not want to admit that they are not because they want to keep up the pretense that the economy is strong enough for a hike without actually delivering one. Markets: Gold Is Going Up, The U.S. Dollar Is Going Down

Even if the Federal Reserve raised interest rates all the way up to 1 percent, that is still not enough to hurt gold and still not enough to help the U.S. Dollar.

So, when are people going to figure out that it does not even matter what the Federal Reserve does because either way the U.S. Dollar is going down and gold is going to go up regardless of the fact that we may have another interest rate hike or even two hikes. I think the Federal Reserve is getting ready to cut interest rates again, launch QE4 and the markets are just starting to figure this out, at least figuring out that the Federal Reserve is not going to raise interest rates.

Now the markets are pricing out all the interest rate hikes that were priced in. That is great for gold, for gold stocks, it is great for emerging markets.
