Foreign Stocks Will Continue To Outperform

This has not been a great year for U.S. stocks. Some stocks have done well, but some stocks have been taken under the woodshed and shot. It all depends on the ones that you own.

And of course, international markets, foreign markets have way outperformed the U.S. thus far in 2014. These are the markets I am concentrating in, the ones we are investing in. So, the international markets are doing a lot better and that is not a story that is really being told too much in the mainstream media, but that is the case. And I believe that will continue to be the case not only for the balance of 2014 but for the balance of the decade.

The U.S. Dollar Is Going Down Against The Euro

Long term the U.S. Dollar is going down against the Euro currency. Why people are so optimistic on the dollar is because they assume that while the ECB (European Central Bank) is easing, our Federal Reserve is going to be tightening. What they don`t know is while the ECB is easing , our Fed is going to be easing even more.Whatever QE is going to happen in Europe its going to be happening bigger in the United States. So, all this talk about a tighter Federal Reserve, shrinking the balance sheet, raising rates is a bunch of talk. What`s actually going to happen is going to be the opposite.

This Is A Stock Market Rally For The 1 Percent

Despite the fact that the Dow Jones Industrials closed at a record high, you have got 21 year lows in CNBC viewership. Why is that?

I have said this before, this is a stock market rally for the 1 percent!

The average american who was in the stock market during the 1990`s they are too broke to invest in the stock market now. You have some wealthy people that are involved but the vast majority of americans, they are spending their money in the supermarket, not in the stock market.
